You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records while supporting critical accounting and reporting functions. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance standards and strengthening financial processes that support overall business performance. Accountabilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal and external standards. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliation of accounts
- Preparing financial reports and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial controls
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data flow
- Assisting management with financial insights to support decision-making
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks in a structured and accurate manner.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a senior finance-related role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with on-site and remote teams
- Good communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Strong command of written and spoken English
