Our client is an established property operations company managing multiple locations across a fast-paced, process-driven environment. They are looking for a dependable mid-level accounting professional to own daily AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities. This is a critical, long-term role in a team that values accuracy, consistency, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Download daily receipts from SiteLink into Yardi
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations across assigned accounts
  • Monitor deposits and flag discrepancies or irregularities
  • Process AP invoices in Yardi and verify against supporting docs
  • Coordinate with site teams and district managers on invoice approvals
  • Communicate with vendors on billing and payment issues
  • Review P&L and balance sheets; flag variances and missing records
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting packages across entities
  • Maintain financial records and update tracking spreadsheets and budgets
  • Ensure all tasks follow standardized procedures and meet deadlines
  • Support general accounting and admin functions as needed

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting, accounts payable, or general ledger experience
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, and reconciliations
  • Experience with multi-entity or high-volume accounting environments preferred
  • Experience using Yardi or similar accounting/property management systems is strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills required
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and escalate appropriately
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and consistency
  • Able to work independently while maintaining communication with the accounting team
  • Comfortable working in repetitive, deadline-driven operational workflows
  • Professional written and verbal communication required
  • Must be dependable, organized, and accountable for assigned responsibilities
  • Must maintain confidentiality and follow internal security procedures when accessing company systems

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour paid lunch)

Rate: $7.3/hour
