Senior QA Engineer - TownSq Business Accounting

TownSq is Hiring!

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our global operation! The QA will ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that support community management companies and their customers in our TownSq Business Accounting product. This role collaborates closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to improve product quality and automation coverage.

The ideal candidate must have a hands-on technical contribution, have sense of Ownership and be responsible for validating software quality across web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.

What your day-to-day will look like: 

• Create and execute test plans and test cases;
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and UAT testing;
• Validate frontend applications, APIs, and backend services;
• Identify and track defects;
• Design and maintain automated test suites;
• Support release validation and production readiness;
• Contribute to automated UAT initiatives;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.

• Test automation frameworks;
• TestRail, Jira, Confluence;
• SQL validation;
• AWS-hosted applications;
• AI-assisted testing and quality automation experience.
